HT Video Splitter & Joiner è un programma che consente di dividere files video (play time, number, size, user section setting) e unire video (file to file, section to section, file to section) indipendentemente dal formato video.

HT Video Splitter & Joiner supporta i formati AVI, DV-AVI, MPEG e WMV; supporta streaming output (WMV) per Internet broadcasting; consente di effettuare operazioni di editing su più files video contemporaneamente; consente di visualizzare una preview del file editato prima di salvarlo e molto altro.
